Terry LeBlanc has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage and financial industries, it is great to add such an asset to our team! As a graduate of the University of Lafayette and native to Lafayette, Louisiana, Terry understands the demand for secure and professional assistance to real estate financing and finds immense value in helping three generations of borrowers achieve their dreams.

A husband, dad to two daughters and soon to be grandfather, you will typically find Terry outside of working hours enjoying an array of outdoor activities. An avid participant in marathons, iron man competitions and 10Ks, Terry’s talent extends beyond lending and finances. In fact, in college, he farmed crawfish as a hobby and once managed and cared for 40 goats while a team of physicians carried out a study on meniscus replacement.
