Meet Cade Nichols, a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with an impressive 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Cade’s journey in finance spans a total of 7 years, with an additional 8 years as a Real Estate Agent, making her a well-rounded professional.  Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and an alumnus of LSU, Cade’s deep-rooted connection to her community and education is evident in her commitment to her clients.

Cade’s favorite part of the mortgage industry is helping her clients achieve their dream of homeownership.  Cade’s dedication goes beyond a single transaction – she’s there to assist as her clients’ families grow and the next generation seeks to purchase their own homes.  Cade is actively involved in her community as a member of the Board of Realtors and the Greater Baton Rouge Mortgage Lenders Association.

When she’s not busy helping clients secure their dream homes, Cade enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening, reading and cheering on the LSU Tigers of course.  Cade once even met Susan Sarandon while she was filming a movie at her brother’s house in Port Allen, Louisiana!

Cade has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for 37 years and is a proud parent of three kids and two grandchildren.  She also has a beloved furry companion named Toby.  Cade is just like all of us, and isn’t just a Mortgage Loan Officer – she’s a trusted friend and advisor who is passionate about making your homeownership dreams come true.
