Cheree Sanders is a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer with more than 14 years of experience in banking and finance, beginning her career in 2011. With a strong background that includes serving as Vice President of a Hattiesburg bank branch and working in both commercial and residential lending, she brings extensive knowledge to every transaction. Prior to mortgage lending, Cheree worked as a real estate paralegal in Hattiesburg starting in 1997, giving her valuable insight into the closing process. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and completed Banking School at the University of Mississippi.

Originally from Foxworth, Mississippi, Cheree has called Hattiesburg home since 1997. She is passionate about helping families achieve the dream of homeownership and building lifelong relationships along the way. An active member of Crosspoint Church, she also serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity and participates in local service initiatives.

Cheree has been married to her husband, Steven, since 1997, and they have two daughters, Allie and Emma. When she’s not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with family and her rescue dog, Reesie — her favorite remote co-worker.
