Meet Cheré Daigle, a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer working out of Canvas Mortgage’s Baton Rouge, LA office. Cheré has an impressive career in mortgage finance spanning more than 25 years.  She uses this experience and her knowledge of mortgage lending to help her clients through each step of the mortgage loan process.

Originating mortgage loans since 1999, Cheré says that she loves her job and helping people from first-time home buyers to an investor with years of buying experience. Her primary goal is to make the mortgage loan process easy and enjoyable for every client she helps.

Cheré currently serves as the President of the Greater Baton Rouge Mortgage Lenders Association and is an affiliate member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS©. Cheré is a well-respected mortgage lender as well as a dedicated community volunteer.  She’s proud to hold a designation as a Certified Military Home Specialist through Boots Across America and enjoys working with military borrowers to help them through the home financing process.

She attended Louisiana State University, so it goes without saying Cheré loves her LSU Tigers. She also enjoys spending time with her family. Fishing, hunting, learning golf, and decorating and planning are just a few of her many other interests.
